Terms and Conditions Placing an Order:
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below:

Delivery: In almost every case, goods will be delivered Royal Mail 1st class recorded parcel post. The times quoted for delivery are quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. We cannot accept responsibility for transport delays or other unforeseen circumstances which may cause late delivery.
Deliveries outside UK mainland & overseas will be subject to an additional cost. We strongly advise you contact us for a quote before placing an order.
Claims: You are advised to check all deliveries carefully before signing for them. If the parcel appears to be damaged you can refuse it, or sign for it as "damaged". If any goods are damaged, you must keep all packaging and telephone us immediately. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We regret that we are unable to accept any claims after this time due to carrier restrictions.
Returned Goods: Where goods have been ordered in error, we may agree to their return subject to the following conditions:
A request must be made to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Unwanted goods must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed and sent back in the original packaging at your own expense.
Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less a 10% handling charge.
Original postage costs will not be refunded if outside the UK.
An order number or invoice number must be quoted on all returns.
For your own protection please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
Cancellation/Alterations: Cancellations/alterations after dispatch cannot be accepted and so fall under the terms laid out above for Returned Goods. Cancellation prior to dispatch will only be accepted on the following terms: A 10% handling charge may be levied on all items.
Any alteration to an order prior to dispatch must be notified to us as soon as possible and we reserve the right to impose a 5% handling charge (minimum £5).
Damage/Injury: This Guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Product Specification: In keeping with the policy of continually reviewing product specifications, we reserve the right to modify the design of any product without notification.
